Description
The PWR-70001 is a compact, high efficiency power supply module. It accepts any supply voltage below 75 volts, all the way down to Vout plus 2 volts. Four output voltages are available: 3.3, 5.0, 8.0, and 12.0V and each variant is available with and without a connector. Other output voltages and form factors (land grid array, etc) are available. The PWR-70001 is most efficient when the load current is below 3 Amps and the supply voltage is near the output voltage. Under ideal conditions the PWR-70001 is 93% efficient. Under peak load and maximum input voltage the PWR-70001 is still 76% efficient. Extended operation at peak output current requires a heat sink (not included).
This module is an excellent choice for robotics, automotive, and other battery powered projects.
